(no subject)

:

today:
breakfast: 1 slice whole grain toast w/natural peanut butter & honey, 2 cups coffee w/coffeemate (powdered) and honey
snack: a couple of bites of Daniel's corn dog (he was done and I didn't want to waste it), peanuts (2-3 servings, probably, one of those packs from the 7-11), water
lunch: cut cucumbers and carrots, tofu, and the peanut sauce from Wednesday's dinner in a toasted oat bran pita, veggie chips, water (yummy late lunch!)
supper: grilled cheddar cheese sandwich on whole grain bread with apple slices on the side
snack: two homemade cookies a pagan group friend sent home w/me 'for your kids' and a glass of milk. Ellie's up really late and I caved. :-(


yesterday:
breakfast: 1 slice whole grain toast w/natural peanut butter, coffee (1 cup reg and a couple of cups decaf, I think)
lunch: rice and tofu with sauce from Wednesday's dinner, water
dinner: baby carrots, bran flakes with milk
snack: rice cake w/natural peanut butter and honey, herbal tea

(I think this is right, but I may have forgotten something.)
