double drabble delight

Double Drabble is double the fun of the Drabble meme. You must supply two diverse subjects in comment. I will then write a micro-fiction piece of exactly 200 words incorporating both subjects. You must then post the Double Drabble meme in your journal.
Note: I make no claims regarding quality--short prose is not my preferred form, but I thought I would try it anyway, just for fun.
