Some of the S-Factor exercises should serve as aerobic -- in particular, the hip circles and the full body circles should get your heart rate up quite nicely. If they don't, you can always do 'em faster. :)

Sounds like you're doing pretty well overall. Best wishes for next week! And I think it's good that you're keeping track on a week-to-week basis. :)
