Breakfast: 2 pieces whole grain toast, margarine, coffee w/coffeemate and honey, took zoloft/multi/flax supplement
Snack: Herbal tea w/honey
Lunch: 1/2 a veggie sub (3 in.?), 1 serving veggie chips, water, hot herbal tea w/honey
Dinner: tofu peanut curry at my favorite Thai place over white rice, water, jasmine tea

I probably ate too much for dinner, but it was sooo good...and I have leftovers.

I'm wondering if I could be allergic to soy, though. Tofu and the next morning I was completely congested, even my face swollen. And I'm not sure what else would have done it.
