This may or may not apply to you, but I just a couple of days ago went through a period of feeling fretful and doubtful and frustrated with myself. I'd been slacking on my sadhana to make time for some morning commitments, and as soon as I got back to doing the full complement that I'm trying to do every morning, I felt SO much better.
