Breakfast: 1 slice whole wheat toast w/natural peanut butter, coffee w/1T coffeemate & 1T honey, 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
took Zoloft, multi, applesauce, flaxseed oil

Lunch: (steamed) broccoli and feta sandwich on whole wheat bread with dill mayo, veggie chips (2 servings?), water

Snack: (while cooking) a hunk of cheddar cheese and a mix of juice and water

Supper: grilled cheddar cheese and apple sandwich, corn on the cob
