Breakfast: coffee, 1T coffeemate, 1T honey, 1 c. bran flakes, rice milk, zoloft, multi, flax

Lunch: veggie sandwich (muenster cheese, cucumbers) with dill mayo, veggie chips

Dinner: carrot ginger soup (yum!), two slices of whole grain bread w/margarine, 1 serving unsweetened applesauce
