Feeling kind of down lately. Actually, my feelings have been all over the map, which is one reason I haven't written in here. Can't decide what to say.

It's been busy around here, and yet I've still been finding time to go online too much. And yet, most of the cool people I was talking to have disappeared. Definitely NOT good for my ego, I must say. (There are a few notable exceptions, of course. :-) )

So, just putting one foot in front of the other, for the most part.

Still woefully unprepared for my church service, which is this Sunday. Not sure what I'm going to do about that. I'll probably post the sermon part here when/if I get it written.

*sigh* Did I mention I've been feeling down?

I really want to re-experience the joy that I know I used to feel. Right now it feels like life has just beaten it all out of me.

Well, that happens to everyone sometimes, I think. I get pretty down sometimes myself. But there's always some joy available out there, it's just a matter of focusing on it and reminding yourself that it's worth all the bad stuff. Which it generally is. :)
