Martian Death Flu?

I have some kind of crud, though I'm not sure what it is. It started out like allergies, with post-nasal drip. Then it seemed like asthma, with coughing and wheezing, to the point that I felt like I couldn't catch my breath. Now add head congestion, fever, and chills to the mix.

I don't know what it is, but I'll be grateful once I start feeling a bit better.
