I really think you have a great gift for being positive towards other people, getting excited about their gifts and talents and expressing that to them. At least, it's something I've experienced. ^_^

So, I'd say it's your positive outlook (though you may not always have a positive in-look) and your ability to spread that to others. Even if you're shy, you're a great people person.
