Taken from [livejournal.com profile] robotmonster:

But I did want to make a few resolutions for some people on my friends list -- not FOR them as in "I think you should do this," but from me to them.

For [livejournal.com profile] cargoweasel and [livejournal.com profile] axiomaxiom: I think you're both amazing and enjoy reading each of your journals immensely. I'm always either entertained or uplifted or have my horizons expanded. In 2005 I resolve to keep reading and commenting, because I'd like to get to know each of you better.

For [livejournal.com profile] bardbloom: I would resolve to show you less of my dark side, but you have so much wisdom and compassion that I don't think I'd be able to resist. ;-) But I resolve to be as good a friend to you as you are to me. I resolve to be here and fully present when you want to talk or just be silly. I resolve to give honest feedback on the next draft of Marriage, if you want it, and of course to keep up with Sythyry's exploits (which is more for me than for you, heh.)

For [livejournal.com profile] beetiger: I resolve to get to know you better, because I think we share a lot of the same perspectives and interests, and because (from what I know so far), I think you're extremely cool. :-D

For [livejournal.com profile] birdbard: I resolve to be more present for you as a friend in 2005. We've had some intense moments in '03 and '04, and I feel because of that I've backed away from you a bit. But you are still one of my very best friends in the whole world, and I want to make sure that you know that.

For [livejournal.com profile] dracomistle: I resolve to email more and share more substantial conversations with you. FM is not always the best place for that, but I have enjoyed getting to know you in 2004. :-)

For [livejournal.com profile] flpflopz: I resolve to go back and read the novel from beginning to end and give you honest and helpful feedback. :-)

For [livejournal.com profile] foxmagic and [livejournal.com profile] ladymerri: I resolve to do whatever it takes for us all to get together and hang out...with families, without them...I don't care. The two of you are each important to me, and I want to show you that by spending time with you. Plus, it's just fun being with you!

For [livejournal.com profile] gleefulfreak and [livejournal.com profile] robotmonster: I resolve to write both of you substantial and regular emails. Lately there never seems to be a good time to get into deep, intense conversations. Still, I've spent enough online time with you to know that I think the two of you are better than sliced bread or Ben&Jerry's or basically anything! I wish we lived closer. And no, I still haven't given up on the idea of Canada. ;-)

For [livejournal.com profile] koogrr: I resolve to be less demanding of your online time. It's only because I enjoy our conversations so much that it's an issue, but I still promise to do better. I also resolve to try some coconut rum in 2005, just so I can understand its allure. ;-)

For [livejournal.com profile] shaterri: I resolve to be a better friend. I hope you'll let me know how I can do that.

For [livejournal.com profile] tuftears: '/0u |20xx0|2 1'/|\|>< |<'/77'/!!111 :-D I resolve to email you more, since I know that's the only way we'll keep in touch. :-) And I resolve to write the epilogue to the novel, and to keep writing, and to keep tearing you away from gaming anyway I can. ;-) (And you really do rock.)

For [livejournal.com profile] william_mize and [livejournal.com profile] yuki_onna: I resolve to order both Resurrection Angel and The Labyrinth and read them in 2005. I admire each of you more than you know.

For [livejournal.com profile] winnett: I resolve to respond to more of your posts and to continue to get to know you better in 2005.

I know I didn't list everyone. If I missed you, and you would like a resolution, please let me know and I'll whip up something for you. :-) I am thankful to all of you for your friendship in 2004, and, I hope, in 2005 and beyond.

A+

Awwww, *purrs the Peregrine* Boy, you pick up l337-speak quickly! I'll look forward to the epilogue then. Make sure you do it before 2005 ends, okay? (wynx)

[livejournal.com profile] ladyperegrine Thank you! I resolve to get to know you better as well. Sometimes it is hard to comment as often as you like, time can be limited. But it is good to keep up with your life. Thanks for being a friend. :)
