From where does the phrase originate, X Y is Y (when x is an adjective and y is a noun)? I seem to recall seeing it with cats a lot, but it can be anything. "Lonely cat is lonely," for a rather terrible example. How did it start? Is this another LOLcat thing?

I think the original is long cat is long, and would've been inspired by the original photo (http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y300/patscads/longcat.jpg).
